The synchronization direction is one-way from Salesforce to SendWOW
The parent-child relationship between accounts and contacts is carried over to SendWOW as is

| Specification | Details |
|---|---|
| Sync update frequency | Synchronized approximately every 15 minutes. |
| Also synchronized when sending settings from "SendWOW for Salesforce anywhere" Chrome Extension. | |
| Synchronized items | If mapping settings for synchronization are configured, Salesforce information will be updated as the synchronization source. When updating information, always update the information on the Salesforce side. |
| (Note: Information cannot be updated on the SendWOW screen) | |
| Synchronized relationships | Synchronization is centered on Salesforce "Contacts", and when linked "Accounts" are updated, the companies linked to contacts on SendWOW are also updated similarly. |
| Address used for synchronization | The address corresponding to the company is used preferentially. |
| (Note: If the address information is empty, the address corresponding to the contact is used. If any of "Postal Code", "Prefecture", "City", or "Street Address" is missing, it will be used as a target for the "Address Entry Proxy Service") | |
| (Note 2: Addresses can be selected as desired when configuring sending settings) | |
| (Note 3: The preferentially used address can be changed on the SendWOW screen) |
You can configure mapping settings for items you want to synchronize from the Salesforce integration settings screen
